

Jon began his career at a boutique financial advisory firm in the City of London advising private clients on all aspects of financial planning and portfolio investing. He went on to jointly establish an independent advisory business in 2008 before establishing Falco Private Wealth in 2018. He continues to advise the company’s clients and families across their wealth planning, investment and succession needs.
He is also the Joint MD of Falco Capital with his responsibilities focussed on capital raising and investor relations.
He has a degree in Economics and Public Policy and holds a DipPFS in Regulated Financial Planning.


Richard has over 35 years of experience in finance, real estate and private equity. After training as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen, he worked in structured finance for County NatWest and Lazard, before leaving in the late 1990s to set up a real estate development and asset management business. Richard joined Falco in 2017 as Joint MD. He is responsible for originating and structuring both real estate and private equity deals and runs the transaction management teams.
In addition to his accountancy qualification, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and has law degrees from Edinburgh and Oxford Universities.


David began his career working for the equity derivatives division of Man Group in 2004 and then worked as an investment adviser to high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
He has held investment advisory positions at both HSBC Private Bank and Barclays Private Bank within the UK. Most recently he joined Santander as Head of Investments to establish its UK Private banking business.
He has a degree in Financial and Business Economics (BA Hons), is a Chartered Fellow (FCSI) of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, and recently completed the MIT Sloan Business and Innovation certificate in Blockchain technologies.


Lee has worked in international corporate and private banking for over 30 years having held a number of key positions for over 25 years at JP Morgan. Initially he worked with companies in the oil, gas and mining industries in London, New York and Melbourne. The second half of his career was in JP Morgan’s Private Bank located in Geneva where his focus was on advising families and private clients with wealth of over $500m. He also spent time as the senior international credit officer globally, ex the US and was also a member of JPM’s Private Bank Executive Management Committee.
Lee has since been acting as a consultant to a variety of global individuals, families of wealth, and their family offices, where the complexity and size of their wealth or business requires his discreet advice. His areas of advice are focussed on governance, business, investment, family risk and succession.
Lee is the company’s Non-Executive Chairman, responsible for overseeing the company’s overall strategy, annual business plans, reporting on business risk issues and financial reporting.


Bill has over 30 years’ experience as a Chief Investment Officer, economist and strategist with some of the world’s leading investment firms. Bill held the role as the CIO for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in London and was head of the UK Investment Office for UBS Wealth Management between 2013-16 where he was responsible for the management of £10bn of funds under management. He worked with Gary Dugan at JPMorgan where they were responsible for managing £15bn and also worked with Gary at Barclays Wealth as a senior strategist. Prior to these roles he also worked at James Capel Australia and HSBC Investment Bank.
Bill heads the FPW Investment Committee and has overall responsibility for the company’s investment processes and asset allocation strategy.
Bill has an M.A. degree in Economics from the University College Dublin and an M.Sc. in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Birkbeck College, University of London


Gary has over 35 years experience in senior roles at a number of leading global investment firms including JPMorgan, Barclays and Merrill Lynch. As a Chief Investment Officer and Global Strategist, he has led investment teams in private banking and institutional portfolio management for multi asset portfolios.
Gary has a reputation for making bold and non-consensus calls on the markets. He made major bear calls on equity markets in 1987, at the top of the tech boom and the financial crisis in August 2007, and a bull call on equity markets on March 17th 2009. Gary has been a high profile contributor to the international media regularly appearing in the printed press and on TV. He often speaks at conferences and provides industry thought leadership on a number of macro and investment topics.
Now based in Singapore he is the founder of the Global CIO Office and he works closely with Bill and Stefan in working through key macro investment themes, developing new investment ideas for clients as well as developing asset allocation strategies for client portfolios.


Having graduated from Sheffield University with an economics degree, Paul worked for Shell International for 11 years before joining the energy trading company Vitol in 1991. There he had a career spanning 23 years before retiring in 2014. Whilst at Vitol, Paul oversaw the company’s worldwide crude oil trading operation for almost 20 years, was Managing Director of the London Office for 14 years and was on the main Board of the Vitol Group of companies when he retired from the business.
Paul is an experienced investor in capital markets, real estate and private equity and sits on the Investment Committee of the Falco Real Estate debt fund.


Stefan began his career as a derivatives structurer in 1994 at Bankers Trust and two years later went on to establish Citigroup’s European exotic options trading desk. He ran one of the most active and consistently profitable equity option trading teams globally and was credited with developing a number of innovations in the interbank option market. Latterly, Stefan ran Citi’s EMEA structured products business where he developed a range of investment products and funds. Over $50 billion of these investments were successfully placed with high net worth and institutional clients.
Stefan went on to establish Nalu Capital S.A. specialising in derivative and value investing arbitrage strategies before managing the Global Delta One business at Vontobel Zurich. This included actively managed certificates and themed investments.
He is also currently the Head of Risk for Fortem Capital where he co-manages two UCITS funds, which invests in structured products and smart beta strategies. Stefan works closely within the Investment Committee to develop macro themed investment opportunities and to review market provider products across the structured product and derivatives universe.


Michael has over a decade of experience in financial services, predominantly in the real estate finance sector. Prior to joining Falco in January 2020, he worked at both Lloyds Bank and Barclays, structuring transactions across a wide spectrum of asset classes and managing a portfolio of some of the UK's largest listed and private real estate clients.
Michael is responsible for originating, structuring and executing real estate debt and equity investments across all asset classes with a particular focus on the residential, “Build-to-Rent”, student accommodation and leisure sectors.
He holds an MBA from UCEM and a degree in Economics from the University of Surrey.


Matthew has been working in the wealth and asset management industries for over 9 years, managing and advising the Group's clients and families as well as working on investment structuring and administration for Falco Capital. Matthew assisted in establishing Falco Private Wealth in 2018 with a focus on client portfolio management and investment analysis. He works closely with the Investment Committee on the maintenance of client portfolios.
Matthew holds the DipPFS in Regulated Financial Planning, along with CII Certificates in Discretionary Investment Management, Securities Advice and Dealing and the CFA ESG Certification. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bath.


Henry has primarily worked across the Private and Corporate Banking sectors, focusing on the UK, Crown Dependencies and Switzerland. Before joining Falco, he led business development for Santander UK's Private Bank. He also worked closely with the global strategy team to implement commercial frameworks across international jurisdictions.
Henry holds a degree in Economics with Proficiency in Spanish (BSc Hons) from the University of Exeter. He is a Chartered Fellow (FCSI) of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Furthermore, he is progressing towards the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
At Falco, he is responsible for leading on investment analysis, due diligence and stakeholder relationships across private equity, fund providers, and VCs. He also oversees investments in the Group's Alternative Investment Fund Manager ('AIFM') entity.


Marianne began her career for the Front Office team within the private fund management firm Ruffer Investment Company. She then worked as a analyst at Schroders in the real estate private equity team, where she played a key role in overseeing and maximizing the performance of over £400 million in value-add assets.
Marianne joined Falco as an Investment Manager, specialising in financial modeling, complex fund structuring (both onshore and offshore) and end-to-end deal execution, as well as operational strategy. In 2021, Marianne spearheaded the development of Falco's digital investment platform, an innovative solution that now plays a central role in the firm's approach to investment management.
Marianne holds a degree in Business IT, along with the Investment Management Certificate. Her achievements also include a credit in the Private Client Advice and Management paper, underscoring her dedication to both technical and client-focused aspects of investment.


Wookie brings extensive hands-on experience in leading transformative digital initiatives and designing scalable architectures within the FinTech sector. Before joining Falco Group, Wookie led the technical operations of the FinTech and InsurTech Foundry based at Level39, where they excelled in driving product development, business growth, and capital acquisition. He has successfully guided numerous organizations towards digital maturity and tailored solutions.
Wookie is also a leading advocate for vertical SaaS propositions in these spaces, having led several thought leadership workshops and panel sessions within the community.
Wookie studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London and Law from the University of Manchester. He currently serve as the CTO at Falco Group.


Before joining Falco, Natasha worked as a Fund Administrator at an international asset manager for over five years, specialising in EIS and VCT investments, in addition to crowd funding, large-scale investments, client reporting and regulation.
Since joining Falco in 2019, Natasha manages the operational side of the transaction team, overseeing the execution and ongoing monitoring of all investments. In addition to this, she is responsible for marketing and investor relations across the group. She is currently working towards a bookkeeping qualification with the Association of Accounting Technicians.


Millie graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Economics (BSc) from City, University of London before joining Falco Group as an Associate in the Real Estate team.
Before joining Falco, Millie gained experience in both residential and commercial real estate in Spain, where she was responsible for sourcing opportunities for High-Net-Worth Clients and managing negotiations with intermediaries. Additionally, she has been personally involved in UK residential real estate development on behalf of a private investor group.
At Falco, Millie focuses on identifying new opportunities and conducting due diligence before presenting evaluated deals to the investment committee for approval to go out to investors.


Cam joined Falco as an Associate after graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in Economics (BSc) from Royal Holloway, University of London. His dissertation, examined how different economic policies, investor risk levels, and country-specific factors affect market performance worldwide.
While at university, Cam completed a 6-month internship with Falco, gaining valuable experience within wealth management and client advisory. His hands-on involvement provided a strong foundation for his role at the firm. Currently, he is working towards his Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification, focusing on financial planning and investment strategy.
Outside of the office, Cam is an accomplished golfer, having representing his county, Cornwall and competed as a sports scholar at university. He was also a part of the England Golf Talent Pathway for four years.
